Scope of work

Every engagement is defined by a written scope, timeline and deliverables agreed with the client.

Payments

Fees are invoiced monthly or as agreed. Ad spend is billed separately at cost.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and use it only for the purposes of delivering our services.

Termination

Monthly engagements can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
